Description

Realm Sirius is a theorized collection of galaxies, stars, planets, and many other celestial bodies; it is a manifestation of multiple copies of the same galaxy, Vopiscus.

Although its existence cannot be confirmed — given no current technology allows for the exploration of Realm Sirius — information about this theorized vast expanse of dust and gas can be found in numerous manuscripts buried deep beneath Level 901's soil.
The origin of these documents is still unknown, but the manuscripts appear to have been written by a former group of scientists and wanderers, since on many occasions the header "Group of Knowledge" can be found, together with a test tube as the logo.

Venturing through the unexplored universe is merely impossible for the few residents of the Backrooms. Even with the technology present in the Frontrooms, not more than 1% of the realm could be explored.
Technology and machinery present in Level 3.1 has been used to attempt a survey of the level, albeit unsuccessful; with such, all claims and documents found cannot be verified thoroughly.

As described by the uncovered manuscripts, however, the exact properties of the Realm appear to be heavily different from those of our very own universe, as it appears that oxygen is abundant in the entirety of the realm and that the vacuum is at a comfortable temperature of around 302.15K.2 Still, wanderers could not theoretically survive in these conditions because of the highly anomalous gravitational fields that push and pull matter at supernatural rates.

The number of stars throughout all of the Realm is presented as approximately 10100, or a googol—a significantly higher number of stars than the amount located in both the Milky Way and its neighboring galaxies.

An extensive list of many planetary systems, stars, and other celestial bodies or instances can also be found, however, most appear to be incomplete or entirely empty as if they were acting as placeholders. With this, only a few instances have been mentioned in this article, as these are believed to be complete.

Vopiscus

In the manuscripts, many galaxies are mentioned and briefly described; however, only one is thoroughly documented, Vopiscus.

inst. 1 - Presumed demonstration of Realm Sirius to an unknown scale.

All other galaxies are described as "perfect copies" of Vopiscus. To an extent, no one can say for sure how perfect these copies are, or even how galaxies look in this Realm, but a detailed description is attached to Vopiscus: a barred spiral galaxy with an approximate diameter of 4Mly3, situated in the "exact center" of the Realm.

It is impossible to know for sure what "perfect copies" refers to in this context, as no visual confirmation can be successfully done, but it is believed that, in terms of properties and looks, all other galaxies are similar to Vopiscus.

The attached imagery does not directly justify the claims of being a "barred spiral galaxy", but it is worth noting that no scale is given, and with such, the presented image may depict the entire length of the galaxy.

In the very center of the galaxy, a celestial hurricane can be found: Sirius, which is believed to be sentient. The sheer power of this hurricane is what justifies the size of the galaxy itself, given that it can pull matter close to it from as far as 5-6Mly.
{{Anything that resides outside of the influence zone of Sirius is, therefore, considered not part of Vopiscus. Not any other galaxy appears to possess these same properties; only a few galaxies reach a size close enough to that of Vopiscus.

Section Interstellar A

Wide view of Section Interstellar A, digitalized from the manuscripts.

Interstellar A is a giant cluster of planetary systems and also the most well-documented one With a radius of around 35Mly, it is absurdly enormous.
